Managing Director
Damir joined XENON from J.P. Morgan in 2010 where he was an Executive Director in the Investment Bank. Mr. Musin worked closely together with Natasha Tsukanova on milestone transactions such as the IPO of Eurasia Drilling and the sale of a stake in Hungary's MOL to Surgutneftegas.

In 2012, Damir was largely responsible for the execution and completion of the purchase of 26.43% of OJSC ENEL OGK-5 by consortium of investors, including Rusenergo Fund, AGC Equity Partners, RDIF and MRIF, the largest ever private equity transaction in the Russian power sector. The transaction was awarded the 2012 Deal Maker of the Year Award for Russia by Finance Monthly.

Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in 2005, Mr. Musin worked for Sidanco and TNK-BP where he was part of the team that reported to BP's headquarters in London and carried out all strategic planning functions.

Mr. Musin holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Damir enjoys classic music. He lives in Moscow with his wife and one daughter.
